Therapy can be helpful whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult life transition, processing grief, managing anxiety or depression, or simply looking for support and personal growth. You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable to reach out. We understand how difficult it can be to reach out for support and guidance.

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, your goals, and begin creating a plan that feels right for you.


 

My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Therapy techniques, Mind-Body Medicine, and grief counseling to support each client’s unique needs.


 

Yes. As a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist, I support individuals navigating the loss of loved ones, major life changes, and other forms of grief


 

We prioritize your privacy and work hard to create a safe, confidential counseling environment. Your information will only be shared with a third party if you complete a Release of Information form.

There are a few legal exceptions to confidentiality:

  • Suspected abuse of a child, dependent adult, or elder must be reported to authorities.
  • Threats of serious harm to others must be reported to law enforcement.
  • Intent to self‑harm may require additional steps to ensure your safety if you cannot or do not agree to a safety plan.
